What we collect. When you leave your email we store your email, the piece you're interested in, language, page and ad source (utm parameters).

Orders. When you order we store your name, phone, email (if given), city, courier office or address, what you ordered and your note. We use them to call you, fulfil and deliver the order, and for accounting. Legal basis: our contract with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and legal obligation (6(1)(c)). We share name, phone and address only with the courier (Econt, Speedy or BOX NOW). We keep them as long as accounting law requires.

Why (emails). To email you about new pieces, colours and editions. You can unsubscribe at any time. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

How long. Until you withdraw consent, and no longer than 24 months without activity.

Cookies. If you accept, we load the Meta and TikTok pixels to measure our ads. If you decline, they are not loaded. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies. You can change your choice via "Cookies" at the bottom of the page.

Your rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by emailing us. You may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
